Blue Lodge SARL processes your personal data in accordance with Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, under the supervision of the CNDP (National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection).

Data collected

Through the booking request form: name, email, phone, stay dates, number of guests and message. No banking data is collected on this website.

Purpose

This data is used only to answer your request, manage your possible booking and meet our legal obligations, including police registration forms.

Retention and sharing

Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised. It is neither sold nor transferred for commercial purposes. It is hosted by our technical providers (Supabase, Cloudflare).
