House rules

So that everyone can fully enjoy their stay, please respect these few rules.

• The full price of the stay must be paid before access to the apartment.

• The end-of-stay cleaning fee is 300 MAD, also payable before access to the apartment.

• On-demand cleaning during your stay costs 200 MAD. Please contact reception for staff availability.

• A deposit of 600 MAD is requested on arrival and refunded at departure after the check-out inspection.

• Check-in is between 2 pm and 7 pm, and check-out by 11 am at the latest.

• Bed linen is changed after one week.

• Eating is strictly forbidden anywhere other than the dining area of the shared terrace.

• For safety reasons, smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartments (shisha is forbidden throughout the residence). Every apartment has a smoke detector.

• The number of guests declared on arrival must be respected. Visitors are not allowed.

• Parties and noisy gatherings are not allowed.

• Out of respect for everyone, please keep noise down between 11 pm and 8 am.

• An outdoor barbecue is available for your use; barbecues are not allowed on private terraces.

• Pets are not accepted, except small dogs with prior approval.

The residence is entirely dedicated to families. Groups exceptionally welcomed must strictly respect these rules; otherwise the management reserves the right to exclude them, without refund.
